- Delays may also occur due to incorrect address details, adverse weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

- Miara Shop delivers orders within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times
Below are the estimated delivery timeframes for all orders:
- Order cut-off time: 00:00 GMT. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may extend the overall delivery timeframe by one day.
- Processing time: The period required to prepare your order for dispatch. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Transit time: Once dispatched, your order is shipped with one of our trusted carriers. Transit time is generally 5 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Estimated total delivery time: This includes both processing and transit. The total delivery time is usually 8 business days (Monday–Friday).

Track your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Change of delivery address
- Delivery address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
- If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@miarashop.com.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still exercise your right of return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Unforeseen delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or other external factors. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and our customer support team will assist you.
Packages damaged in transit
- If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service immediately.
- If the package was delivered in your absence, please email us clear photos of the damage so we can guide you through the next steps.
